Your Experienced Appraiser, Cecilia Gabrielli Szumski, is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Lic. #AR010241, with more than 30 years of experience in the North and East San Francisco Bay Area, as well as Yolo County. She provides precise, unbiased valuations for homeowners, attorneys, lenders, accountants, and estate planners.
Drawing on decades of hands-on appraisal work across a wide variety of properties, Cecilia has served as an expert witness and trusted advisor on complex real estate and legal matters, providing clients with advice, consultation, and appraisal reports that are defensible, accurate, and insightful.
In addition to her appraisal work, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and provides operational oversight to Szumski Engineering, Inc., ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
